What you'll do: 

• Customer care in English language on voice channels, WhatsApp, chat and e-mail; 
• Answer App Store reviews (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) or social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Reclame Aqui);
• Generate insights and reports on ASO (App Stor Optimization), Social Media, and User Experience; 
• Help with creation and update of Customer Support Materials.

What you must be: 

• Interested in resolutive and engaging customer care; 
• Excellent writing and communication (both oral and written); 
• Fast learning capability with new technologies. 
• Able to give and receive feedbacks; 
• Analytical ability combined with creativity; 
• Office 365 Intermediary (Excel);
• Experienced with customer care and omnichannel retail;
• Advanced or Fluent proficiency in English.

• Able to create and execute workflows; 
• Capability to resolve complex problems;
